Dilbert

There was an old attempt (2006) to write a plugin for displaying Dilbert's comic strips (from www.dilbert.com). Of course, that will not work on newer xbmc versions, so I had to rewrite it.

It should be in th official repository. Alternatively, you can download it here. Let me know if it works!
